Fields: Import/Export Assets

Import Assets

Opens the Import Assets page so you can initiate an import of metadata and assets. For more information, see Fields: Import Assets.

Important: Import Assets is an option only when all previous imports have been completed. If any imports have not been completed, the Current Import Status option displays instead.

Current Import Status

Opens the Review Records for Import page on the first unimported record of a batch that has not been completed. For more information, see Fields: Review Records for Import.

Export Assets

Opens the Export Assets page where you can select a directory of assets to save to an external file. For more information, see Fields: Export Assets.

Import History

Opens the View Import History page which lists the logs of all of the previous asset import jobs. For more information, see Fields: Import History.

Export History

Opens the Export History page, which lists the logs all of the previous asset record export jobs. For more information, see Fields: Export History.

OAI-PMH Server

Lets you set up Open Architecture Initiative–Protocol for Metadata Harvesting (OAI-PMH) for your system. After you have enabled the service and set the options, you can distribute the address other entities can use to harvest the metadata from your archive. OAI-PMH Harvest Sites

Lets you manage the definitions for connecting to OAI-PMH servers and harvesting metadata from those servers. For more information, see Harvesting assets from OAI-PMH sites.
